VOLUNTEER FAQS

When will 2021 Volunteer Registration open?

Stay tuned. Volunteer registration is set to open Spring 2021.

When is the volunteer orientation?

Volunteer Orientation will take place prior to the event. Location and time TBA.

What is the volunteer uniform this year?

The 2021 volunteer uniform is provided courtesy of our Official Apparel Provider, Levelwear. All that we can say is that we will have the best looking volunteer team on TOUR! Please note that bottoms are NOT included in the volunteer package and we ask that all volunteers wear BLACK pants, shorts or a skirt.

Is there a minimum age for volunteers?

The minimum age is 14 for volunteers.

If I purchased tickets and then became a volunteer can I refund my tickets?

No. Unfortunately, all ticket sales are final.

How many shifts will I be scheduled for during the tournament?

It will vary depending on the committee you are assigned. However, each volunteer is required to work a minimum of three shifts, with each shift ranging from 4-6 hours. Some shifts may be longer due to the nature of the committee. You are highly recommended to be available for a Pro-Am tournament day (Wednesday or Thursday) as these are great training days, especially for first time volunteers.
