Celebrity Shootout

The Celebrity Shootout will take place at 2:14 PM on #10 fairway and will feature, Country music star Chad Brownlee; NHL greats Mike Vernon, Grant Fuhr, Lanny McDonald, Colin Patterson, Mark Jankowski, Dillon Dube; Bareback Champ Davey Shields; CFLer Scott Coe; and Olympians Cassie Campbell-Pascall, Kerrin Lee-Gartner and Ben Hebert! This is the first time the unique exhibition “horse race” format will ever be held during a PGA TOUR Champions event. Two groups of six celebrities will start by teeing off the 10th tee box for the nine-hole event with the highest score after each of the nine holes eliminated (Two players will be eliminated after each of the first two holes).

Canadian Country Music artist Chad Brownlee will be perfoming immidately after the celebrity shootout on the #10 fairway at 4:45 PM.

What You Need to Know


Super Saturday will take place at Canyon Meadows G&CC. Onsite Parking is not avaliable. 


Complimentary shuttle busses to the Shaw Charity Classic will run from the Anderson LRT Station. The Anderson LRT Station is located at 11015 Anderson Station Way SW, in Calgary, Alberta, and is about a 5-10 minute bus ride from Canyon Meadows G&CC. No ticket or pass is required to take the shuttle.

What type of seating is available?

General admission standing room 

Are coolers allowed?

NO they are not allowed. All food or beverage will be confiscated.

Are there concession stands at the venue?

Yes, concessions stand will be open during the day and throughout the duration of the concert.

What time do the gates open?

Gates open at 8:30 am for PGA TOUR Champions Golf.

Is there handicap accessible seating?

There is no reserved accessible seating for the concert. The concert will take place on uneven terrain so please plan accordingly.

Can I leave the golf course and come back?

Non transferable re-entry will be permitted. Guests wishing to leave and return will receive a non-transferable wrist band at exit in order to gain re-entry.

Can I purchase a ticket for the concerts and not the golf tournament?

Tickets are all-inclusive, and cannot be purchased separately. Your tournament day pass is your Super Saturday ticket offering spectators a full day of activities!
