Without health and wellbeing our community’s future is at risk. For some time, Calgarians’ wellness has been declining and due to this pandemic, the levels of illness, stress, isolation and financial hardships have increased. Together, we can tackle this challenge.
YMCA Calgary is a charity that has supported the physical, mental and social health of children, youth and adults since 1902. As a neighbour you can count on, we are a safe place to connect with others, to be physically active and have opportunities for personal growth.
