Interfaith Food Bank Society of Lethbridge recognizes the human dignity of those in need and provides food and access to services and resources generated from within our community.

We act as a bridge between a community of donors and those in need through distribution of monthly food hampers, daily food supplements, community referrals and clothing vouchers; offering free cooking classes that teach healthy eating on a limited budget in The Interfaith Chinook Country Kitchen; offering The Interfaith Learning Garden where we enhance food security by teaching participants to grow their own food. We also offer the Co-op Community Kitchen; Second Door Thrift Store; outreach programs offered by community agencies, and a robust volunteer program.

In partnership with Food Banks Alberta, we also offer the Southern Alberta Food Hub, which moves food obtained through the National and Provincial Food Share Systems to food banks in Southern Alberta.
