At HomeSpace, our vision is A Home For Everyone In Our Community. We are on a mission to increase the number of affordable and specialized housing units in Calgary.
HomeSpace provides safe, appropriate and affordable housing for vulnerable Calgarians. HomeSpace is a charitable real estate developer, rental housing owner and property manager. We own a portfolio of almost 700 units of housing in 30 properties throughout Calgary and we work with social service agencies who provide supports to the more than 850 residents in our buildings. We have a strong growth mandate to build more specialized, permanent, affordable housing to continually address the affordable housing crisis in our city.
